If you change your mind about your order, you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to replace your order, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Items must be sent back UNOPENED in their ORIGINAL packaging.
If your order is defective/damaged, you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to replace your order, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Indicate that the order is defective/damaged and send the item(s) back in their ORIGINAL packaging.
1. Condition of Replaced items
Table 1 outlines the type of exchange allowed by the replacement policy and the general condition that the items must be returned in by the customer, in order for the replacement to be considered valid. ShopEnCash have 5 business days upon return of the item to the office to assess if the returned item meets the return conditions specified in the table below.
Items returned to the ShopEnCash office that do not meet the conditions listed below will not be eligible for replacement.

2. Replacement Method
- It is within five business (5) days from the delivery date for items sold by Third Party Merchants. Product detail pages on ShopEnCash indicate the seller of the respective product.
- You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note)
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted
- All sealed items must not be opened
